Xoximilco means “garden of flowers” in the indigenous language of Nahuatl. This splendid setting in Cancun replicates the floating gardens and canals of Mexico City’s Xochimilco neighborhood. As you arrive you will be greeted with drinks and appetizers set to festive music. Meet your host and entertainer as you play carnival games, dance, and then enjoy more tequila. You can even try exotic foods like grasshoppers!
Then, set sail on a gondola to cruise around the waterways, dance to not only mariachi, but also marimba, jarana, and norteño music. Musicians come aboard the boats as well as play from the stages you’ll paddle by. Feast on a dinner with seven distinct flavors and nine dessert samples.
